Akuo is seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Senior Project Manager to join its Paris-based team. As a key member of the S&E department, you will be responsible for managing the execution phase of renewable energy projects, from Financial Close to Take Over.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project interfaces between stakeholders, including project teams, lenders, equity investors, administrations, contractors, and third parties.
- Manage construction contracts, site activities, cost follow-up, and relationships with lenders and/or equity partners.
- Hand over projects to execution teams and/or asset management teams, and conduct lessons learned meetings.
- Strong background in project management, contract and procurement management, and construction management.
- Experience in negotiating and managing disputes/claims.
- Good knowledge of EPC Contracts, Turbine/PV Modules/Equipment Supply Agreements, and Balance of Plant.
- Fluency in French and English.
