About the Role
The Uber advertising sales team is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our newly formed advertising division. As an Advertising Sr Client Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key clients in France. You will lead the development and execution of sales strategies to drive growth and adoption of our advertising offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to deliver on client objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior marketing executives and key decision-makers within client organizations
- Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex relationships and difficult conversations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand our advertising offerings across our platforms

Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in end-to-end enterprise digital advertising sales
- Proven track record of success in selling advertising solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and organizations
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and execute strategic sales plans that result in success for clients and Uber
- Strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in French and English mandatory
