Key Responsibilities:- Manage two direct reports: François, junior buyer, and Maëliss, purchasing intern.
- Contribute to the Procurement transformation by promoting the adoption of new practices and fostering innovation.
- Support the development, alignment, and implementation of the category strategy.
- Manage purchasing projects (objectives, team, planning, governance).
- Identify new purchasing opportunities that create value for the company in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Analyze expenses in coordination with internal stakeholders and finance.
- Play a key role in supplier identification, development, and relationship management.
- Drive negotiations and tenders on regional and global scale; work closely with local stakeholders to define and implement local procurement initiatives.
- Contribute to the Group's financial results by developing and implementing a performance management plan.
- Provide regular reporting to the group procurement director, internal stakeholders, and finance.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within international corporations.
- Ability to develop and implement category purchasing strategies.
- Expertise in negotiation and supplier relations.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, purchasing, and procurement.
- Experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
- Strong analytical skills, along with experience in team and change management, as well as project management.
- Proficiency in English, both orally and in writing (minimum CECRL B2 level).
