About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Communication and Project Manager to join our team at the Collège de France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing the communication strategy of the PAUSE program, as well as the activities conducted within the SAFE project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the communication strategy of the PAUSE program, in collaboration with the Advocacy and International Relations Manager
  • Pilot and administer the program's website, in collaboration with the service provider
  • Design and create visual and digital tools, such as brochures, infographics, videos, and presentation documents
  • Produce an annual activity report for the program
  • Collect, process, and consolidate data and indicators related to program beneficiaries, for reporting and communication purposes
  • Collaborate with the Accompaniment Team to track and evaluate the program's outcomes
Project SAFE

In the context of the SAFE project, funded by the European Commission, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a quality approach to collecting feedback from project stakeholders, including partners, host institutions, beneficiaries, and evaluators
  • Analyzing and exploiting the collected data to produce a report of recommendations for the European Commission
  • Organizing workshops and webinars to share experiences and best practices
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of the challenges related to exile, refugee reception, and human rights
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent data analysis and processing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress
  • Professional-level English language skills, with additional language skills a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
