Position Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is integral to the effectiveness of the sales team. This role is centered around generating and qualifying leads, pinpointing sales opportunities, and kickstarting the sales journey. In essence, the BDR's responsibility is to actively seek out potential clients.

- Proficient in identifying and qualifying leads, managing prospect and client databases, understanding client needs, and possessing a customer-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and establish trust with clients and partners
