About the Role

Dynames Tech is a consulting firm specializing in technical assistance. We mobilize the best generalist or specialist engineers in information systems, mechanics, electronics, supply chain, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project structuring and planning: structuring the project, defining tasks and milestones, defining expected durations and sequence, identifying the critical path.
  • Consolidating the workload plan and updating the remaining work through our internal tool (Planisware) based on project progress.
  • Implementing, updating, tracking, and disseminating project plans at different levels (summary, project, detailed) and participating in risk management.
  • Tracking study, approval, and execution plans by subcontractors and consolidating them into the project plan.
  • Project progress control: synthesizing information, analyzing deviations, and proposing action plans to correct them.
  • Identifying solutions to optimize deadlines, relying on experience feedback.
  • Providing all necessary elements for project planning, decision-making support for the project director, project team, or management.
  • Reporting and communication: indicators (KPIs), project completion projections, decision-making support for the project manager.
  • Issuing progress reports and preparing/participating in project planning follow-up meetings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning within industrial projects.
  • Main skills: project control, deadline management.
  • Software mastery: MS Office (mandatory), MS Project (mandatory), Primavera P6 (a plus).
  • Industry experience: gas sector and maintenance operations or equivalent sector (environment, chemistry, oil, etc.) is a plus.
