We are working with an innovative client in the Eindhoven area who is at the forefront of integrated photonics. They're looking for an experienced Principal RF Engineer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and optimization of RF systems on InP.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor a team of engineers.
- Engage with customers to translate their requirements into tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration and implementation.
- Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ph.D, MSc or equivalent experience in Electrical or RF Engineering.
- RF design experience in a commercial setting.
- Strong skills in RF design tools and a proven track record of project leadership.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles.
- Work in an innovation-driven environment pushing the boundaries of photonics technology.
- Be part of a collaborative team that values knowledge sharing and mutual respect.
- Hybrid work options available after an initial onsite period.
