- Offer personalized advice and guidance to customers, helping them to find the perfect product.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product range, including our luxury watch brands.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store, participating in sales promotions and events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
