About the Role

Pandora is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influence and increase sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and product knowledge.
  • Build strong relationships with our clients by responding to their needs, providing excellent customer service, and adapting your approach to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including the history of Pandora, production processes, company values, product composition, trends, and best-sellers.
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches, obtaining customer data through electronic receipts, and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Assist with product delivery and point-of-sale tasks, including unloading and stocking merchandise in designated areas of the store.
  • Complete online training modules to develop and grow as a member of the Pandora team, with the support of your store manager.
  • Set an example, mentor, and train new team members.
  • Represent the brand and store by maintaining a professional appearance and presentation.
  • Highlight the store and maintain high standards in the backroom; be proud of your work environment.
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions, including returns and exchanges.
  • Be vigilant in the store and respect the company's safety policies and procedures to ensure the safety of the entire team and customers.

About You

We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals who are eager to join our team. We encourage our team members to express their personality by showcasing Pandora jewelry in their own unique way and sharing these ideas with our customers. This means it's essential to love our products.

  • Strong sales skills, with experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably with 1-1 sales experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment - our stores are often very busy, with long lines of customers waiting to be served.
  • A positive attitude, be willing to do whatever it takes, and enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.
  • Fluency in English is a significant plus.
