About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Lhoist. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Management: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales plans and strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of business growth and development.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the construction and infrastructure industry, including market trends and competitor activity.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software, with experience of CRM systems and data analysis tools.
