Job Description

Rockstone, a dynamic agricultural products wholesaler, is seeking a Commercial Territory Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in the field, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and market share.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the agricultural industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software applications.
