We are seeking a skilled HR Data Insights Analyst to enhance our HR operations.
Reporting directly to the Global Rewards Director, your primary objective will be to cultivate a data-centric culture within the HR division.
Your responsibilities will include promoting data precision, advancing digital transformation, and delivering actionable insights to facilitate strategic HR initiatives.
Data Management Responsibilities:
- Oversee and refine HR databases, ensuring data precision and reliability.
- Streamline data processes and guarantee adherence to data protection regulations.
Maintain and enhance the HR database utilizing our HRIS and various HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, ATS, Performance Management). You will work on improving, optimizing, and automating HR data processes through the integration of multiple APIs. Additionally, ensure that employee data handling complies with rigorous data protection standards for various strategic and legal obligations (e.g., audits, stakeholders, leadership, unions).
Develop a comprehensive understanding of both internal and external data management, including predictive modeling.
A Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Intelligence, or Data Science (Bac +5) with a keen interest in HR is required.
Advanced skills in Google Sheets (AppScript/TypeScript) or Excel (VBA-SQL), database management (Access levels, data accuracy), and data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBi, etc.) are essential.
Fluency in English with exceptional communication abilities is necessary.
Prior experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics through internships or apprenticeships is advantageous.
A passion for agile methodologies is desirable.
Experience with data architecture, managing multiple APIs, and HR information systems (Core, ATS, ideally Bamboo, Greenhouse, and/or Anaplan) will be beneficial.
