Job Description:

PhinC Development is seeking a senior pharmacometrician with expertise in Physiologically Based Pharmacokinetics (PBPK) modeling to join our team. In the context of drug development, PBPK models have gained significant interest and are a valuable tool for modeling and simulating drug-drug interaction (DDI) studies of various molecules and scenarios. Our company is involved in these areas and is looking for a dedicated professional to support our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and apply PBPK models to support drug development and regulatory submissions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute PBPK modeling studies
  • Present results to clients and prepare technical reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of industry, academic, or CRO experience in PBPK or PBBM
  • In-depth knowledge of GastroPlus modeling software or alternative tools such as SimCyp, PK-Sim, or Mobi
  • Good knowledge of the regulatory environment and experience with regulatory submissions
