As a Senior Treasury Operations Manager, you will oversee the Back Office functions related to Metals & FX, focusing on the processing and reconciliation of derivative transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated team of 7-9 professionals.
- Manage the personnel operations of the EU Treasury Hub, Payment Factory, and Back Office.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with Global Banking partners in collaboration with the Group VP of Treasury & Financing.
- Serve as a primary liaison with the IT department and various finance teams, including Accounting, Controlling, and local units.
- Spearhead regulatory changes affecting cash management, ensuring compliance and system integration.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, ideally with a focus on Corporate Finance or Treasury.
- Professional Experience: 10-15 years in a Central Treasury or Senior Finance role.
Core Competencies:
- Expertise in FX, Interest Rate Markets, Commodities, Treasury Management, and Administration.
- Proficient in IFRS Accounting related to financial transactions.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
