Senior Paid Manager

At IDEMIA, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Manager to lead our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT). As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our existing product and program security incident response processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and enhance existing PSIRT processes to ensure they are robust, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Oversee the management of product security incidents, coordinating with the security team and other relevant departments to ensure swift and effective resolution.
- Work closely with product and program development, engineering, and security teams to integrate security considerations into the product and program lifecycle and incident response processes.
- Develop and implement strategies for ongoing improvement of the product and program security incident response framework.
- Provide regular reports on security incidents, process effectiveness, and team performance to senior management.
- Evaluate and implement tools and technologies to support and enhance PSIRT operations.
- Contribute to the evolution of the cybersecurity Framework with the integration of PSIRT activities.
- Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies to keep the team and processes up to date.
- Ensure that all PSIRT activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Participate in initiatives for educating the population on cybersecurity best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a PSIRT or incident response role.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications.
- Proven experience in leading and growing a team. Strong expertise in incident response and product security. Excellent process optimization and project management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
