ERM France, with 180 employees based in Paris and Lyon, is experiencing strong growth.
We are recruiting for our team a Consultant(e) EHS
Your Responsibilities- Conduct projects related to worker health and safety and the operational status of industrial facilities for our clients. Project teams may be national or international, depending on the case.
- Conduct E and/or HS compliance evaluations in industrial facilities and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with applicable regulations (national or European).
- Prepare clear and concise reports in English and French evaluating health/safety risks, compliance, and the operational status of industrial facilities studied. Provide high-quality deliverables under the supervision and support of experts in the field.
- Co-design and implement customized solutions to improve safety and environmental performance on client sites and promote excellence among our clients.
- Deliver training to client company managers to transform their safety culture and raise awareness about sustainable development.
- Engage all levels of an organization to achieve the desired transformation of their health and safety performance and environmental impact.
- Manage multiple projects while respecting client demands, budget, and contractual deadlines.
- Maintain and develop effective relationships with clients to retain them.
- Communicate with clients, the ERM project team, and subcontractors, as needed.
- Master's degree in Hygiene and Safety and/or Environmental Management (engineering school or Master's degree) or a related field.
- Proven experience in a consulting environment or substantial experience in the industrial sector is an asset.
- Understanding of industry issues and main client companies.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, with a strong team spirit.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with experience in writing technical reports.
- Quick and proactive, with attention to detail, and the ability to take a step back, and a sense of ethics.
- Aptitude to develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, identify and identify sales opportunities for ERM, and supervise junior colleagues.
- Influence is also essential in this role.
- A healthy judgment, dynamism, and initiative are also essential to succeed in this function.
- Fluency in French and English is essential. Travel availability will be required.
