Your Role: Facilities Maintenance Technician

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from routine inspections to complex repairs.

  • Conduct thorough building inspections and carry out refurbishment work encompassing lighting, plumbing, masonry, painting, and furniture.
  • Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on various installations.
  • Adhere to established maintenance schedules and meticulously manage maintenance records.
  • Collaborate effectively with external suppliers and service providers.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and consumables to prevent shortages.
  • Provide logistical support for events held on-site, including room organization and load handling.
  • Manage the site's vehicle fleet efficiently.
  • Generate regular reports to management, providing updates on maintenance activities.
  • Occasionally assist with mail services as needed.

Your Profile:

We seek a highly motivated and skilled individual with a proven track record in facilities maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A CAP/BEP qualification in Electrotechnics and/or Building, coupled with at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Desirable electrician skills (BR, BC, B2V certifications).
  • Knowledge of security protocols (SSIAP 1) is a plus.

Essential qualities include:

  • Strong teamwork and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • A proactive and reactive mindset in emergency situations.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (email, Word, Excel, or similar software).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
