Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Ceva Santé Animale. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating industrial projects related to our production department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate projects related to production, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ensure that user needs are met by identifying stakeholders, writing technical specifications, and following Ceva's standards.
- Coordinate with potential suppliers, in collaboration with the Corporate and Site Purchasing departments.
- Validate technical solutions with stakeholders and ensure that they meet the required standards.
- Coordinate the selection of suppliers and prepare investment requests.
- Ensure timely delivery by organizing preparation of all phases, including sending test materials, conducting site visits, and performing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
- Coordinate the preparation of necessary documents for use (qualification, operating procedures, cleaning, training, etc.).
- Supervise the receipt of equipment and materials and initiate any necessary claims with the supplier.
- Coordinate the SAT and ensure that all technical reserves are lifted.
- Coordinate the commissioning of equipment and supervise the lifting of technical reserves.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, with 5 years of experience in an industrial environment and project management.
- Technical skills: project management methods, office software.
- Behavioral skills: teamwork, proposal, reactive, and reflective.
- Good communication skills.
