Job Overview

As a Heritage Portfolio Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing a diverse range of 400 to 600 heritage sites, ensuring their long-term sustainability and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reassess and negotiate existing contracts for site redevelopment, while considering legal and urban planning factors.
  • Evaluate urban planning regulations, and prepare necessary documentation for administrative approvals from appropriate authorities.
  • Effectively communicate decisions to both internal teams and external partners, prepare negotiation materials, and validate authorizations in alignment with the evolution of the heritage portfolio.
  • Ensure adherence to contract terms and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain data accuracy within heritage management systems.
  • Promote the sustainability of heritage sites, prioritizing actions to manage disputes, renew covenants, and address any issues that arise.
  • Notify relevant parties regarding the severity of any issues, and coordinate the implementation of effective solutions.
  • Monitor compliance of heritage sites with administrative and regulatory standards, taking necessary actions to ensure adherence.
  • Manage the processes related to administrative approvals and covenant renewals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Familiarity with mobile network systems.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Understanding of urban planning and commercial leasing.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about tackling daily challenges.
  • Eagerness to contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization.
