We are seeking an experienced International Legal Counsel to join our E&C team, which covers a range of areas including anticorruption and anti-bribery, competition law, international trade sanctions, and personal data protection.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced legal professional who can create training and communication content to advertise competition law rules to most exposed functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in competition law and international law, with excellent communication and pedagogy skills.
Key Responsibilities- Create training and communication content to advertise competition law rules to most exposed functions
- Develop and implement training programs for employees on competition law and international trade sanctions
- Provide legal advice and guidance on anticorruption and anti-bribery matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement global regulatory compliance strategies
- Masters Degree (Bac+5) in Competition Law / Economic law / International law / LLM / Business school
- Excellent communication and pedagogy skills
- Native English speaker preferred, with French and other languages beneficial
- International experience with significant exposure to working within and across different jurisdictions
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint and Teams
