Position: Customer Success Manager

Company: Elis

  • Oversee and nurture a portfolio of significant industrial clients
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations while effectively addressing client requirements
  • Deliver tailored guidance to clients to uphold satisfaction levels
  • Manage conflicts and renegotiate contracts as necessary
  • Provide reports on sales initiatives and activities
  • Enhance the existing portfolio through cross-selling and upselling strategies
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Work in conjunction with the Logistics team to meet operational demands
  • Contribute to the optimization of group contracts

Location: Department du 02, within a 80km radius of Saint-Quentin

Client Portfolio: Approximately 80 B2B clients generating an annual revenue of around 4M€

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8-10 years of experience in client management
  • Exceptional interpersonal and analytical abilities
  • Capacity to thrive under pressure and engage with diverse stakeholders
