We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our Marketing division as a Client Relationship Manager. In this position, you will be tasked with overseeing a selection of partner laboratories at OCP and guiding them throughout their journey on our digital platform.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Serving as the main liaison for laboratories within your assigned portfolio
- Facilitating the onboarding of laboratories onto OCP's digital platform
- Tracking and enhancing the performance of each laboratory
- Recommending promotional initiatives to laboratories
- Administering commissions and subscriptions for laboratories
- Offering level 2 assistance when necessary
- Guaranteeing the effective execution of trade marketing services with partner laboratories
Qualifications:
We invite candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2-5 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development, ideally within a digital context, to consider this opportunity. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical sector is advantageous, along with a keen interest in technological innovations.
