Job Description

You will join a squad of 8 individuals, all deeply committed to teamwork and passionate about new technologies and the Customer Relationship world.

  • Serve as the entry point for all IT teams (e.g., Security, Operations,...).
  • Be responsible for the product architecture, following the technical framework provided by the Tribe's solution architect.
  • Contribute to the high-level estimation of Roadmap developments.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to align the Roadmap with the product's technical strategy, considering priorities.
  • Evaluate the technical quality of the product: in terms of architectural requirements, performance, resilience, security,...
Required Skills and Qualifications

You have at least 8 years of experience in software development. You have at least 2 years of experience on the Salesforce.com platform and Service Cloud.

  • Design and development of high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code according to Salesforce best practices.
  • Development of Lightning components as well as Lightning design development.
  • Apollo management, SOQL knowledge.
