Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Director for Logistics Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong background in freight forwarding and logistics at a senior sales level. They will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, establishing, and maintaining profitable business relationships with C-level executives and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Meet individual and PSA BDP's KPIs and goals
- Implement company-wide sales strategies and clearly define the sales process
- Analyze and identify sales pain points and put recommended fixes into action
- Target leading companies in multiple industry verticals (Chemical, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Retail, and Automotive)
- 5 – 10 years of sales experience
- Significant experience in logistics sales, supply chain management, and/or experience in a chemical/life science/consumer products/retail company
