Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive Rare Endocrine Disorders strategy, driving business growth and market share.
- Lead cross-functional teams to launch and manage Rare Endocrine Disorders products, ensuring successful market entry and lifecycle management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and policy makers.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, driving employee engagement and performance.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of Rare Endocrine Disorders initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business or medicine.
- Strong marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a leadership role.
- Experience in building relationships with healthcare decision makers and internal stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Excellent organizational and people management skills.
- Knowledge of the Rare Disease space, preferably in endocrinology, is an advantage.
