Sales and Technical Support Manager – France

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Technical Support Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the French market, developing commercial and technical activities with distributors and merchants, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the French market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and merchants, providing technical support and training to ensure successful product adoption.
  3. Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for growth, working closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans.
  4. Provide technical support to customers, including training and validation of Approved Manufacturers and Approved Installers.
  5. Collaborate with the technical support team to optimize value enhancement with Accoya and new product applications.

Requirements:

  1. Strong track record in sales and technical support of speciality, high-performance wood or building-related products.
  2. Technical skills and understanding of downstream applications of the product (cladding, decking, joinery).
  3. Reliable, hardworking, and hands-on mentality, with a driven, collaborative, and innovative work style.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate independently and foster engagement from market stakeholders.
  5. Fluent in French and English, with proficiency in Office 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
