About The Independents:

We are a global marketing and communications conglomerate dedicated to luxury and lifestyle industry leaders. Our community of agencies shares a passion for innovation and excellence, collaborating thoughtfully to drive results for global brands. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for our agencies in France.

Your Role:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, from job role definition to hiring top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles and positions.
  • Implement best practices for recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to enhance our employer brand.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of our company reputation.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in employer branding and social media recruitment, with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
  • Familiarity with the luxury industry and its trends.
