The Ponticelli Frères Group is recruiting for its Grand-Ouest Region in the context of implementing operational performance for the management of its affairs/projects.

You want to develop your experience as an Operations Manager/Project Coordinator focused on operational performance (H/F) and participate in the transformations of the world in a family-owned group that works to provide people with what they will always need: energy, health, water, food, and security, in sincere respect for the planet and its employees.

We offer you the opportunity to join us as an intern. The position is located in Bassens (33). The internship duration can range from 4 to 6 months.

The position we offer is centered around the following main missions:

  • Establish process flowcharts (a list of processes exists by activities);
  • Work in a group with agency representatives on reading flowcharts;
  • Write, propose, and implement necessary and practical tools;
  • Ensure experience feedback and accompany users in the approach;
  • Make a synthesis at the end of the year to manage the "profitability" of the approach.

A few occasional trips are expected in the Grand-Ouest region (33/44/79). You are preparing a Bac+5 degree, preferably in the field of operational excellence. You are rigorous, dynamic, organized, have a good team spirit, and a good mastery of computer tools.
