We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Cash and Credit Manager to join our team at VILMORIN-MIKADO. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for driving cash performance and managing financial risks across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement cash performance dashboards to track key indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Consolidate cash flow plans for the VILMORIN-MIKADO BU, leading and controlling subsidiaries on their forecasts.
- Design and implement tools to reduce financial risks, including credit insurance, factoring, and foreign exchange hedging.
- Establish processes for implementing these tools, ensuring coordination between customer service, head office, subsidiaries, and corporate finance.
- Centralize and coordinate customer credit policies, working closely with the sales department.
- Contribute to improving Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by ensuring the proper functioning of subsidiaries' credit committees and sharing best practices.
- Ensure compliance with financial transactions and processes.
- Contribute to setting up new financial resources within subsidiaries of the BU.
- Master's degree in Finance.
- At least 10 years of experience in corporate treasury, liquidity management within an international group or in a multinational context.
- Perfect command of accounting and international standards (IFRS).
- Expertise in treasury management and financial forecasting.
- Proficiency in foreign exchange hedging instruments.
- Ability to identify complex situations and strategic issues.
- Rigor and organization.
- Ability to adapt to diversity.
- Agility and dynamism.
- Communication and ability to convince.
- Fluency in English.
- Respect for deadlines.
