About the Role
We are looking for a Department Head to join our team. As a Department Head, you will be responsible for developing and managing your department, working closely with our clients and consultants to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conquer new clients through targeted prospecting and business development activities
- Understand and adapt to the technical environment of our clients
- Identify and recruit top talent to join our team
- Negotiate contracts with clients, including pricing, payment terms, and termination clauses
- Develop and implement a strategic growth plan, working closely with our coaching team
- Manage a team of consultants, including project management, career development, and crisis management
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in business development and management. You should have a degree in engineering or business, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. You should be fluent in English and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
