About the Role
We are looking for a commercial-minded individual with a strong interest in logistics to join our team. You will be responsible for creating the stores business plan based on global and national priorities, and local market needs. You will also develop and deploy a logistics plan for your store and ensure that it is well understood by the teams and that everyone knows how to contribute to the achievement of the objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and implement a logistics plan for your store to ensure product availability and efficient goods flow at the lowest cost.
* Lead and inspire the logistics team to achieve their goals and objectives.
* Work with other departments to support sales activities by optimizing the store's logistical capacity and flow efficiency.
* Recruit, develop, motivate, and lead your team to achieve their full potential.
Requirements
* Strong commercial mind with a strong interest in logistics.
* Ability to establish relationships of trust and communicate clearly to motivate a team.
* Result-oriented with an emphasis on flexibility, speed, and simplicity.
* Good analytical skills to understand a budget, costs, and key indicators to plan, monitor, and control activities.
* Significant managerial experience in the distribution and/or logistics sector with the definition and deployment of multi-year action plans.
