The Department of Moselle is seeking a highly skilled Psychologist to join our team in the Sous-Direction de l'Aide Sociale à l'Enfance. As a Psychologist, you will be responsible for promoting the psychological dimension in the development and implementation of projects for children, both individually and institutionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the psychological dimension in the development and implementation of projects for children, both individually and institutionally.
- Mobilize your skills to support a multidisciplinary approach to child protection.
- Contribute to the development of preventive and therapeutic actions based on diagnostic psychological evaluations.
- Accompany foster families and follow up on children in their care.
- Participate in the implementation of a multidisciplinary and transversal work approach to serve users.
- Contribute to the development of a territorial project and a social development approach.
Main Activities
- Write professional documents to understand the child's situation and include them in the file.
- Accompany foster families.
- Participate in the development of a pedagogical project.
- Intervene in crisis situations at the request of the service manager.
- Conduct clinical interviews for support and therapeutic individual and/or family support.
- Provide technical support and advice to social and educational staff, individually or collectively during multidisciplinary meetings or synthesis meetings.
- Contribute to the development of an individualized project for the child in its psychological dimension.
Transversal Activities
- Participate in territorial concertation instances (CP, CTT).
- Contribute to the development of a territorial diagnosis.
- Be an active member of the multidisciplinary team of the territory.
- Define and implement collective actions to promote social development and empower local residents.
- Work in networks and develop collaborations with local actors.

- Be a source of proposals for social action departmental procedures and devices.

Required Competencies
- Hold a Master's degree in Psychology (preferably clinical).
- Know the psychological development of children and adolescents.
- Know child, adolescent, and adult psychopathology.
- Master clinical interview techniques and therapeutic intervention techniques.
- Know group dynamics and interactions within the family, social, and cultural environment.
- Have good writing skills.
- Have a sense of teamwork.
- Have a synthesis, argumentation, and analysis spirit of situations.
- Have a reflection and research capacity on professional practices.
- Have adaptability and reactivity capacities.
