About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Sales Manager to join our team at BDP International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and securing revenue and market share from existing customers and new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans and sales campaigns to take advantage of market opportunities.
  • Assist with responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP's), preparing presentations and monitoring sales leads and responses.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations management team to develop creative workable solutions to customer needs.
  • Capitalise on value creation opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to analyse situations and make good decisions based on available information.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
