Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Sales Manager to join our team at BDP International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and securing revenue and market share from existing customers and new business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales plans and sales campaigns to take advantage of market opportunities.
- Assist with responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP's), preparing presentations and monitoring sales leads and responses.
- Work closely with the sales and operations management team to develop creative workable solutions to customer needs.
- Capitalise on value creation opportunities to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong ability to analyse situations and make good decisions based on available information.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
