Job Summary

The Project Learning Assistant - Customer Experience FOCUS Platform will be part of the Business team responsible for measuring and challenging customer satisfaction, primarily during Sales and After-Sales. In a completely international context, you will actively participate in improving customer experience for our 14 car brands. The context is evolving as Stellantis is currently harmonizing and developing its customer satisfaction measurement platforms. You will participate in the FOCUS project to renew our tools to provide a more relevant response to our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the FOCUS team globally, Europe, and outside Europe, to ensure not only the geographical deployment of the CX platform but also the development of new features and modules.
  • Pilot, coordinate, and animate the deployment of the Customer Experience FOCUS platform as a privileged business contact for Key-Users from each of the subsidiaries (NSC) worldwide.
  • Detail functional specifications, including data flows, which are expressions of needs necessary for the supplier to develop, as a privileged business contact for stakeholders who initially possess this need.
  • Follow up on user requests for evolution and identify discrepancies with the planning using the JIRA tool.
  • Test new features developed and communicate their availability to our users (subsidiaries and importers, regions) in coordination with the supplier.
  • Analyze indicators (KPIs), client verbatims, and survey coherence.
  • Develop and follow up on ad-hoc client surveys.
  • Participate in English in project follow-up meetings, with users, and respond to questions from stakeholders, as well as internal governance meetings, and share progress, difficulties, and action plans.
  • Assist the entire team in daily missions: preparation of meeting support, analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, follow-up of developments and tests within the JIRA tool.

Requirements

  • Autonomous person who does not hesitate to take initiatives, adapts to situations and new contexts, and demonstrates analytical and synthetic skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of a project management tool (GANTT,...) would be appreciated.
  • Holder of a degree in engineering, university in management/project management, or business school in marketing. Master's degree 1 or 2.
