Job Title: Embedded Software Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Development Lead to join our team at Netatmo. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our embedded software, working closely with our electronics, cloud, and mobile applications teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 3 embedded engineers and help achieve project goals through effective team leadership and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with other team leads to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Contribute to the technical conception of our products and software stack, and conceive and deliver embedded software that meets our high standards.
  • Define and implement testing strategies for our software, ensuring high-quality and reliability.
  • Work with product managers and other R&D teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in embedded software development, with a strong background in C programming and experience with ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers.
  • Excellent knowledge of electronics and low-level embedded software, as well as communication protocols from the IoT industry.
  • Strong team leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
