About the Role

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Toulouse, France. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets in the region, with a focus on product technical support and equipment demonstrations.
  • Provide expert technical knowledge and support to agents and surgeons, ensuring seamless product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and execute sales strategies, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers and internal stakeholders, focusing on equipment handling, use, and maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and product developments, providing valuable insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support, including breakdown diagnosis and repair, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth and customer retention.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a biomedical engineering or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of Zimmer Biomet's products and solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Good command of technical English.
