Your Future Role...
You will be part of the Connected Services division at Airbus Helicopters, concentrating on the definition, deployment, and support of connected tools for the Support & Services sector (Logistics, Repairs, Technical Support, Training, and Connected Services) aimed at enhancing maintenance performance and improving customer satisfaction through service enhancements or new service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee helicopter configurations for data decoding and enhancement of data values (H175/H160/H145/H135/H130/H125) in collaboration with the engineering team to monitor Helionix developments and specifications, introduce new parameters, update alerts, and more.
- Guarantee the quality and accessibility of parameters for comprehensive technical support between the data chain and application displays, utilizing tools such as Splunk, AWS (CloudWatch), and data visualization tools for Helionix data.
- Maintain HBOX as a mature product for data decoding from partner data collection modules (STC), continuously monitoring third-party data to suggest innovations and optimize existing solutions as necessary.
The project team operates using Agile Scrum methodology. You will organize activities for the upcoming three months during PI Planning, with daily and weekly tracking of activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree from a reputable institution
- Preferably specialized in digital technologies
- Strong expertise in:
- Embedded software
- Configuration management
- Cloud technologies and development tools
- Familiarity with aviation is advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in English
Desired Qualities:
