Business Transformation Services

As part of SAP Cloud Success Services, Business Transformation Services (BTS) is a global organization that drives the digitalization agenda of our customers. Our mission is to achieve customer success and retention by delivering efficient and flawless implementation of SAP solutions, with a strong focus on digitalization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive client success and deliver business outcomes through technology
  • Act as a trusted advisor at C-level, both from a business and technology perspective
  • Build a personal external and internal network, and operate effectively within a complex matrix organization
  • Persevere in challenging and political client engagements
  • Expertise in business process optimization, business case building, roadmap design, and value measurement through defined KPIs
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in Management Consulting or other Advisory Services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and solid presentation skills
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English
Desired Work Experience
  • Broad experience of SAP portfolio and especially Retail
  • Advisory in a SAP transformation context, including business process re-engineering, process design and audits, definition of landscape strategy, IT portfolio planning, COE organization, enterprise architecture governance, business value roadmap
  • Proven experience in customer management and team coordination
  • Experience with Cloud platforms, new technologies, and/or projects with an innovative mindset approach
