We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our Amazon Logistics Operations Finance team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing finance-related activities, implementing standardized controllership, reporting, and planning processes for our Delivery Stations across the EU.
As a Financial Manager, you will work closely with our cross-functional business and tech teams to support the rapidly expanding logistics business. You will be responsible for identifying cost-out opportunities, building trusted partnerships with the business, and influencing strategic decisions to drive business improvements and cost reductions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business growth and expansion.
- Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the business to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Provide financial guidance and support to the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Requirements- 5+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, cost control, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships with the business and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with financial planning and analysis tools, such as Excel, and financial systems, such as SAP.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the business and make informed decisions.
