Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our Amazon Logistics Operations Finance team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing finance-related activities, implementing standardized controllership, reporting, and planning processes for our Delivery Stations across the EU.
As a Financial Manager, you will work closely with our global cross-functional business and tech teams to support the rapidly expanding logistics business. You will be responsible for identifying cost-out opportunities, building trusted partnerships with the business, and influencing strategic decisions to drive business improvements and cost reductions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business growth and expansion.
- Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
