About the Role
HelloFresh is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in France. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our IT equipment and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including user devices, office devices, and network resources.
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues promptly and efficiently.
- Offer timely and courteous technical assistance to end-users, addressing their queries related to hardware, software, and network access.
- Collaborate with the IT Team to perform regular system upgrades and preventive maintenance to ensure security and stability of our IT environment.
- Keep track of IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security protocols and practices, including data backup, antivirus protection, and access controls.
- Deploy new hardware, software, and accounts to employees.
- Monitor and manage cloud service usage on a global scale.
- Manage vendors and service providers for 3rd-party work.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with end-users and team members.
- Solid knowledge of Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS Operating systems.
- A thorough understanding of G-Suite Software, Entra ID (Former Azure), Atlassian, and Jamf/Intune.
- Previous experience with Zebra, Windows, and Mac devices.
- A basic understanding of networking hardware, support, and protocols.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
