This is an exciting opportunity to join the IT team at HelloFresh as an IT Support Engineer. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all IT equipment used across our sites in France, as well as supporting the wider Benelux-France region and European cluster.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain our office hardware landscape, including user devices, office devices, and license management.
- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware issues promptly and efficiently.
- Offer timely and courteous technical assistance to end-users, addressing their queries related to hardware, software, and network access, and guiding employees through problem-solving steps.
- Collaborate with the IT Team to perform regular system upgrades and preventive maintenance to ensure security and stability of our IT environment.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security protocols and practices, including data backup, antivirus protection, and access controls, to safeguard sensitive information.
- Deploy new hardware, software, and accounts to employees, and monitor and manage cloud service usage on a global scale.
- Manage vendors and service providers onsite for 3rd-party work, and identify and lead continuous improvement processes.
- Proven experience in IT support or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with end-users and team members.
- Solid knowledge of Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS Operating Systems.
- A thorough understanding of G-Suite Software, Entra ID (Former Azure), Atlassian, and Jamf/Intune.
- Previous experience with Zebra, Windows, and Mac devices.
- A basic understanding of networking hardware, support, and protocols.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
