About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert Lead to join our team at AXA Investment Managers. As a key member of our Cybersecurity Operation team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect our infrastructure and data from cyber threats.
  • Lead security projects to design and deploy new cybersecurity solutions, ensuring they align with our technology framework and architecture patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into project development and life cycles, improving and optimizing our Security Policy.
  • Assess and mitigate risks, ensuring operational security by implementing IT processes and upgrading existing ones.
  • Provide expert advice to stakeholders on security challenges and recommendations, ensuring they understand the implications of security decisions.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in information security. You will have a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and significant experience in information security, including risk analysis and management.

You will be fluent in English, with a working knowledge of French a plus. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix structure and facilitate, negotiate, and resolve conflicts.
