Our partner, IPAC Bachelor Factory, is in search of an enthusiastic Event Marketing Coordinator to assist the marketing department in orchestrating promotional activities. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to boost brand awareness, broaden market reach, and draw in new clientele.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
During this apprenticeship, you will receive guidance from our skilled professionals to enhance your expertise in event marketing, communication, and project oversight. Your primary duties will encompass:
- Collaborating on the design and implementation of promotional activities in line with our marketing objectives.
- Overseeing event logistics, including venue arrangements, vendor management, and budget oversight.
- Developing promotional materials (invitations, flyers, etc.) to captivate our target demographic.
- Supporting event coordination to guarantee a flawless customer experience.
- Tracking performance metrics to assess event success and suggest improvements.
- Conducting market analysis to uncover event marketing prospects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Event Marketing or a related discipline.
- Strong enthusiasm for event marketing and the automotive sector.
- Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to juggle multiple projects.
- Creative mindset to design impactful events.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency in French and English (B2 level).
