We are seeking a highly skilled P&C Commercial Underwriting Expert to join our Group Underwriting Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for steering and controlling the sustainable and profitable growth of AXA P&C activities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement underwriting governance and rules, PAP (Product Approval Process), and PMP (Portfolio Management Process) to ensure excellence in risk management and technical areas.
- Structure the second line of defense organization and missions by developing, facilitating, and monitoring an effective risk and control framework.
- Support underwriting initiatives on structured solutions and/or use of new technologies and Artificial Intelligence on underwriting process.
- Initiate or promote innovative insurance solutions supporting Construction adaptation to climate change.
- Deep knowledge of P&C business operations, including Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, Reserves, and Reinsurance.
- Advanced knowledge in P&C actuarial and underwriting fields to efficiently challenge local heads of underwriting and pricing experts.
- Solid interpersonal and organizational skills to successfully manage multiple aspects and interactions with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
- Persuasive opinion to challenge and orient the P&C strategy and operations at Group or Entity level.
