Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Process
- You will be involved in the entire recruitment process, from creating and disseminating job postings to managing interviews and CV screening.
- Your contributions will ensure the identification and recruitment of the necessary talent for our growth.
- New Hire Integration
- You will assume a key role in welcoming and integrating new employees, ensuring they feel quickly integrated into our professional environment.
- Employee Administration
- Your responsibility will be to ensure a smooth administrative management of personnel, including drafting and managing contracts, tracking absences, managing leave, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
- Employee Development
- You will actively contribute to the professional development of our employees by identifying training needs, collaborating on the implementation of skill development programs, and ensuring the follow-up of their evolution.
- HR Support
- In support of the HR team, you will participate in resolving daily HR issues, ensuring effective communication and tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Education
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources or a related field for the 2024 intake.
- Interest in HR
- You demonstrate a strong interest in HR and skill development, showcasing your commitment to the field.
- Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills are required, as well as proven ability to work in a team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
