We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant and Financial Manager to join our team at SKILLS RH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee the general accounting, including tax and social declarations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Reporting: Analyze sales trends and prepare monthly reports to stakeholders.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the company's budget, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Controlling: Monitor and control the company's financial performance, identifying areas for optimization and implementing strategies to improve efficiency.
Treasury Management
  • Bank Relations: Manage relationships with banks and ensure timely payment of invoices.
Administrative Tasks
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing and employee onboarding.
  • HR Management: Supervise staff, provide training and development opportunities, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • IT Management: Manage the company's IT infrastructure and relationships with external IT providers.
  • Quality Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement quality management systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English (written and spoken).
