As a Compensation and Benefits Expert, you'll play a key role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategy under the guidance of our Chief People Officer. You'll be responsible for ensuring internal equity and competitiveness, enhancing our attractiveness and ability to retain top talent.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct a thorough audit of our current compensation and benefits practices, including job titles, grading systems, internal equity, external competitiveness, stock options, and long-term incentives.
- Choose and implement a suitable compensation provider, considering our industry, size, and challenges, within our allocated budget.
- Develop a clear and competitive total rewards policy across our four locations (France, US, Hong Kong, and China), respecting budgets and timelines.
- Create and maintain our compensation structure and salary bands.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest compensation and benefits trends in France and globally, anticipating regulatory changes.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in crafting compensation packages for new hires and promoting our benefits.
- Revamp our salary review process and deploy it in collaboration with the HR Business Partner team.
- Work with the HR Business Partner team on performance evaluation processes.
- Communicate with employees and the Works Council before each benefits deployment.
- Ensure social control and prepare and track salary budgets in collaboration with the Finance team.
- Oversee and track international mobility and immigration cases.
- Ensure continuous improvement of our HR systems in collaboration with other HR teams.
- You hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business or human resources, and have ideally completed an MBA with a focus on global compensation and benefits.
- You have over 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in an international environment, with a proven track record in job grading and benchmarking.
- You possess excellent communication skills in English and French.
- You have a strong sense of innovation, analytical skills, and intellectual agility.
- You have solid project management experience.
- You are proficient in Excel.
