Key Responsibilities- Event Planning and Coordination: Organize logistics, choose and coordinate external vendors (stand builders, event organizers, caterers, photographers, etc.) before and during the event.
- Team Animation and Coordination: Coordinate internal stakeholders, organize project follow-up committees, and manage the event's content and speakers.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Set up data collection tools, detect leads, and measure client and participant satisfaction through surveys.
- On-Site Management: Oversee event activities, speakers, participants, clients, partners, vendors, and staff on the day of the event.
- Content Creation and Coordination: Define and follow up on content requirements with marketing teams, create and/or manage deliverables, and coordinate content between speakers and project actors.
- External and Internal Communication: Develop an external communication plan to promote the event, create commercial kits, and manage internal communication to mobilize teams before, during, and after the event.
- Best Practices and Innovation: Share best practices, monitor industry trends, and identify high-value events for Dassault Systèmes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in event organization, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
- Skills: Polyvalence, rigor, project management, writing and storytelling skills, creativity, ability to work under pressure, and interest in new technologies and digital transformation.
