About the Job:

As a Social Educator, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized support and guidance to young people to help them develop their life skills and independence.
• Developing and implementing educational programs and activities that promote socialization, autonomy, and responsibility.
• Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
• Providing emotional support and guidance to young people who may be experiencing difficulties or challenges.
• Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in social education.

About the Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Social Educator who is passionate about working with young people and making a positive difference in their lives. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Diploma in Social Education or a related field.
• Experience working with young people in a social education setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
